Congratulations to Steve McCurry!
Magnum’s newly created Leica Hall of fame has it’s first winner, and it goes to the talented Steve McCurry.
Steve McCurry Photo “Afghan Girl” from his documented Soviet invasion of Afghanistan, really caught my attention, when I had seen it on the cover of National Geographic when I was younger. It was one of those magical iconic photos, that made me want to be a photographer.
