Could it be a game changer in street photography, what are your thoughts?
Since when technology matters in street photography. I thought it was about the story, the composition, the emotion, etc… not the megapixels. Maybe I was wrong all along 😉
Also, the quality of the demonstration images is not great. Lot of noise even in daylight conditions, the sharpness of the pictures is pretty bad (and it’s not because it’s out of focus, it’s just bad, period) and the colors are ugly (and I doubt it shoots raw, so hard to correct in post-processing). In this case, more megapixels just means more possibilities to notice the flaws 🙂
I totally agree, and feel it is aimed at high MP chasers. We know that too many MP crammed into a small sensor mean noise problems.
However I do feel the purpose of this type of camera is to allow you to zoom into daylight taken photos and still have high detail through the levels of zoom when viewing the photo or cropping if need be.
Great comment as always Simon!
